Came through on an emergency call on a frigid Sunday, of a long weekend. What more need be said?
Called Highmark Mech. for quote on a AC unit and they had the lowest price of 3 quotes, so I booked a install date, Day of install they called and were running 1 hour behind. Showed up as promised and completed the job. Great service, work and place was cleaned when done! Place is now nice and cool with this heat. Would recommend to all!

It's not many service people that show up when they say they're going to and call to let you know they're on their way. I called yesterday and I'm sure he would've come then too but we weren't at home so he came today, first thing. Fantastic owner, fantastic company! Kyle took the time after a long busy day to provide us with a quote on a new residential unit. During the visit, he noted that the current unit could be fixed (something a bigger company denied), saved us thousands! can't thank him enough. When we finally do need a new unit, we will be asking Highmark.
