Good gym. Equipment is a bit older, but still works well and features a good variety of free weights and machines. 24 hour access.
This 55 year old non-exerciser rates personal trainer, Steven, five stars! Kudos to The Point Fitness Center LLC for snagging him! He demonstrates personal interest in each client, and works to help them achieve their fitness goals. Always positive and encouraging, he gives just the right "push". Three weeks in and I'm having a blast!
This place is a joke. There’s no lighting, old equipment and extreme unprofessionalism. They look down on you when you wear a mask and don’t even think about complaining about anything. They don’t take criticism well. Save your Money or go to a gym in coos bay
Great set up but no speed bag.
Great selection of equipment to use. 24 hour access, can't get much better than that!!
