My wife and I contacted Caleb to come to our home to finish a job that a prior contractor left incomplete and messed up. He was very professional and understanding of our dilemma/situation. He and his team are local professionals and a credit to their trade. We contracted RS for a rental property spruce up. They helped beyond expectations by repairing small damages before painting and alerting us to water damage in a closet from the roof that had been undetected. So thankful they did not just paint over it. By letting us know they saved us from more damage and rental loss in middle of summer. It would have shown up for sure then with major damage from all the rain. Also I love that they sent color choices and suggestions. RS did a fabulous job. We contracted with Caleb and Rough Seas LLC to update our condo in Ocean City MD. He was very easy to work with and the work he and his team did was exactly what we wanted. We even made some changes along the way and Caleb was very accommodating. We would definitely contract with Caleb again if we needed any other work done.
